At Woodlake Homeowners Association, Inc., we pride ourselves on keeping our residents connected through events and activities. We are proud of our community engagement, and through our website and mobile app, we keep everyone informed about area happenings, maintenance, security, events, and more.
Woodlake is a community of 600 homes located between Fayetteville and Barbee Roads in southwest Durham, North Carolina. In addition to single family homes the Woodlake community includes 100 town homes in Lake Village Townes and Piney Wood Townes. Woodlake balances easy access to work and entertainment with the quiet, comfortable life in a community that values diversity, volunteerism, art, and nature.
Woodlake residents enjoy a variety of resources including swimming pool, clubhouse with meeting and exercise rooms, playground, two lakes, and over three miles of paved walking trails, as well as convenient proximity to the Research Triangle Park, Chapel Hill, and Raleigh. Woodlake is located within walking distance of Piney Wood Park, which includes tennis courts, soccer and softball fields, and a dog park.
